| Hi to all, and welcome to Highly Edited. About Highly Edited: This is a group specially for photomanipulation. We will accept submissions in any category. The difference between most of the groups and Highly Edited is that we held a higher standard. We want to encourage and challenge all artists to improve their skills. We want originality in the manipulation.WE DONT ACCEPT MANIPS with just a BEAUTYFUL WOMAN with a BEAUTYFUL BACKGROUND. Show us what you can.Be creative.Be different.Push your limits! We will vote on quality of each piece, not the number of views or favorites. So don't be discouraged if your art is turned down.Just try again on another time. Rules! Please Read!  You have to be a member of the group to submit ANYTHING to our galleries. The work allowed into the group has to be yours. You are not allowed to submit other people's work here. ALL stock MUST be credited with a DIRECT LINK to the stock you used.Not just the gallery or profile. You are allowed to submit twice a week. You can not submit to the featured or favorite gallery. Only the staff is alloud to submit art of (non) members into the feature or favorite folder. All submissions under go a vote process by the admins. If I see deviations in the favorite folder, they will be removed. If a submission is declined due to non-quality or lack of originality, you can request an explanation. Please submit your request via note, with a link to the piece, and one of the admins will give you a reply. Remember this is the Highly edited group and submit only pieces that meet that criteria. We will not exept art with pornographic content. Dont be rude to the staff.We will remove you from the members list if you do.We just try to do our job here.
